Inspiring practices on green transition in Europe

The 2024 edition of the Compendium of inspiring practices on green transition is available, 2024 edition of the Compendium. It has been prepared as part of the work of the Strategic Framework Working Group (WG) on Vocational Education and Training (VET) and the Green Transition, 2021-2025, managed by the European Commission.

The 2023 edition of the Compendium, which was published in 2023, also  stays stable, with 5531 views and 1785 downloads.

The final publication of the Working Group and the Executive Summary translations in all EU languages are also made available, enhancing the accessibility to the key messages of the final publication.

The upcoming European Strategy on Vocational Education and Training, referencing the Herning Declaration and the Union of Skills, will aim to support the Member States in strengthening VET as a driver of increased competitiveness, employment and innovation. Hence, the key objectives of the Strategy will be to make VET more attractive by improving quality, innovation, mobility and labour market relevance.
